FAQs

-What is the current turn around time? I currently have up to a 1 week turn around time, but I strive to get orders shipped as quickly as possible. However, during big sales I do extend my turn around to approximately 2-3 weeks but I still work as quickly as possible to get all orders mailed out. 

-Can I change my order after its been placed? Unfortunately I can not make changes to orders once they have been placed. This includes changing items or canceling/refunding items, adding coupon codes, adding to an existing order to qualify for free shipping, or changing the hardware selection. So please review your cart carefully before checkout!

-What is the best way to contact you? If you have any questions please shoot me an email at lauraleedesigns108@gmail.com or contact me on social media. 

-Do you combine orders? I do automatically combine orders when possible and refund $3 of the shipping overage on additional orders when I process the orders. 

-Do you offer free shipping? I do during special sales and other times a year with a special code. 

-Do you do local pickups? YES! If you are local then please message me and I can let you know the code to remove shipping for your order. YOU MUST pickup your order within one week. I typically do NOT deliver orders nor meet for order pickups so please be aware before you use the local pickup code. 

-Do you hold orders? Generally no. Occasionally I will for certain things (like Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, and Cyber Monday sales) and I announce this in the Facebook VIP group. I strive to ship asap so you can get your items as quickly as possible. 

-What is the Facebook VIP group? The VIP group is where I can easily communicate sales, specials, have bow lot sales (lots of bows at cheap prices all located in a special album), and show sneak peeks of new items. It's also where you can find all the photos for upcoming drops and drop details. Plus you get a special coupon code for being a VIP!  https://www.facebook.com/groups/LauraLeeDesignsVIP/

-When are drops? I've steered away from doing large themed drops. Instead you can find new items under the {JUST IN} tab. I generally add new items every Friday. You can find more info on what is dropping/when in the facebook VIP group and on Instagram (instagram.com/LauraLeeDesigns108)

-How long do you guarantee your items? I guarantee my items for 14 days after you receive them. After this time I can not replace or repair items free of charge. However, if there is an issue please send me an email and I can repair for a small fee if possible. I take great pride in assembling my items and strive to offer only the highest quality items.

-Do you accept returns? No I do not. Due to the nature of the items I can not accept returns due to hygiene issues. 

-Do you do custom orders? On occasion. Some periods are extremely hectic and I'm unable to. Send me an email and we can work from there.
